OUR PASTOR
Rev. Debra Timmins, who happily answers to “Pastor Deb” is a graduate of Lancaster Theological Seminary and has been ordained in ministry in the United Church of Christ since 2001. Pastor Deb and her husband Joe (who is a “computer guy”) live inthe Allentown area, both having grown up in Massachusetts. They have two grown daughters; Kelsey who lives with her husband and their two children in Whitehall and Elire (pronounced Ill-ee-rah) who lives out of state with her partner. Pastor Deb has served churches and hospitals in Pennsylvania and Massachusetts during her ministry
and feels called to transitional ministry; interim, supply and, of course, designated ministry. She has served churches full-time, 3⁄4 time and 1⁄2 time – preferring part-time right now, so she can help out with her two granddaughters (Maya and Amina) and grand-dog (Gibbs), as needed.
